mileage calculation?

is there a calculation to determine mileage when the tire size has been changed?I have a 12v auto with 3.54 gears and have recently changed the tire size to 305/70/16 on stock steel wheels.
I feel like my mileage is down but I don't know how to factor in the change in tire size when determining fuel mileage?
