Need Tech Help, Guy's

I may have bitten off more than I can chew, here is the deal. I decided to install a TST power kit, I put in #10 plate slid all the way forward, Boost elbow, and 4K Govner springs. the thing goes like a bat out of hell but I can't get it to idle it shuts down. At one point I had it ideling at 1000 RPM and it stayed till I got home and when I let off the pedal it was ideling at around 500RPM but then it would slowly went lower till it finally shut down when it is ideling there is slight movement in the needle as well (not steady) any suggestions ? I am going to call Piers in the AM but I know he is a busy man and thought I would try here first.
