Compression guage

Has anyone bought a compression guage for our trucks?
I would like to have one, does anyone know how I can locate one and how much they cost?
Manufacturer & part #?? Phone #, etc...

With the injection lines off how do you keep the injection pump from pumping fuel all over the place ( or do you)?
