Stick replacing Auto?

Does anyone have a source (or know of a vendor/shop) that has a comprehensive list of components I need to completely replace the auto in my 1996 4WD truck with the manual 5 speed? I have done a lot of this on gas vehicles and have found from experience that it is the little parts that eat the time up, not to mention the pocketbook.

It appears to me that it is perhaps easier and cheaper to buy a donor vehicle, but that would entail taking two trucks apart and putting two trucks back together. I just don't have the time or the ambition for that. Instead, I am willing to buy the parts....I just need to know what I need.

Any suggestions???

I have owned Dodge Diesels since 1990 but am relatively new to the TDR forum. This forum is great....I can't believe the knowledge available here. I have learned more here and in TDR than the shop manual I have. Sure glad to have it.......
