BHAF Part #

Does anyone know the part number from Cummings for the BHAF for my year truck? I recieved this number (AH19037) for a '98 but don't know if its the same number for my truck. Is this the best filter to get or is there something better? I keep hearing about the Scotty filter and just heard about the AFE Mega Connon but don't know which is the best choice. Also just recently I seem to be getting a lot of exhaust smell in the cab. Any tips on what it might be?
