Looking for KDP Tab Fix Pattern

I'm looking for the pattern someone made for the KDP tab fix, does anybody have this handy? I tried a search but with the new and improved rules it can't use tab or pin.

A friend of mine had his pin fall out this weekend. I've had the seal for a while but I think I'll bump this job to priority 1.
