Transfer case seals need replacing

2nd repair I am working on currently. I need to replace the front pinion seal and both front output seals on the transfer case as they are leaking. I though I read here that someone had replaced them without too much trouble. Shop wants $360 in labor to change everything out. Any experience with this repair? I am trying to save a few bucks after getting this estimate from a local shop, no thanks. check this out.

Front Pinion Seal $30
Both Front output seals $60
Labor for Transfer case seals $360

Front bbrake service w/seals $350
ATF 2000 Transmission Flush $150
Radiator Hoses $195

Left front u-joint $75
labor on ujoing $162
