turbo actuator????????

Okay I've got one for you guys. I found that the actuator on my turbo went south on me and that seems to be my power loss problem. I called the dealer today they said the actuator is not sold seperate that I would have to replace the whole turbo. called a turbo shop and they said they are back ordered for life!!!!!! any idea's where I can get one????? Thanks in advance. Brian
