Lift Pump ???

. This web site is one of most incredible sites I've seen for good, solid information. Thus the reason for this post is to get a feel for what I can expect in way of problems with the lift pump and or overflow valve. I have nearly 112K on the truck and have never needed to replace either. I'm considering going to a #4 plate (see signature) which to my way of thinking just allows more fuel to be used which in turncauses the lift pump to do more. I can only beleive that eventually, based on information on this site that I will need to replace them. The question I have is doing the modifications that I've done equate to possible failure sooner. By the way, if I do the #4, will I need to upgrade the turbo? Thanks
