Return line replacement hose

Went to NAPA today and purchased some "serious" replacement hose for the return line.
Shields Fire - ACOL USGC Type A1 SAE J1527/ISO 7840 5/16 I.D.
This hose is approx. 3/4 " O.D. With Approx. a 3/16 wall thickness
Ask for Diesel/Marine rated hose !!
This isn't the type hose I used the first time and I'm back into a hard start situation again, so I'll see if this cures the problem. If not at least I'll know I have some good hose that should last a long time. We'll see !!
Cost = $2.99 per ft.
