tv cable and tps

: Took truck to dealer for the recall last week (replace ball joints on throttle linkage) when I got the truck back it seemed ok except for later shifts under heavy throttle.:

when I hooked to my gooseneck approx.5k lbs. running with od off when I hit a steep grade the trans would downshift or tcc unlock. I could let up on throttle and it would lock back up. just couldn't give much throttle. I checked the tps it was set at .85 at idle and 3.88 wot. the tv cable had no slack and was set 1to1 with the throttle. truck also shifts late under wot.

didn't do it before I had the recall done. trans shifts firm with no slippage just can't stand the downshift going up a short grade. ??????????what can i do to help my problem??? truck has 96K and fluid and filter changes regular. soaked tps with cc still the same.
