#1 DV leaking...

Any words of wisdom to keep a DV from leaking?

This has been a slow leak for a while....but I did some *censored* modifications to the DV's and now the #1 DV is leaking like a MO-FO!

I smoothed out the DV holder with some fine sandpaper.....but now it's leaking even more...

Any help would be most appreciated....
