Governor Lever Adjustment
I was going to check my governor lever adjustment this afternoon and I have a question. I am reading Piers article ( http://www.piersdiesel.com/LeverAdj.htm) regarding how to do this and it mentions the Fuel shutoff solenoid should be in the run (or up) position. My question is what exactly is the fuel shutoff solenoid and where is it? I currently have the TST #6 plate in and was curious if my governor lever is set too low as it does seem to have a slight hesitation when I really step on it.
Thanks,
Dan
