injector pump/injector life expectancy

I have a 1996 12 valver with 103,000 miles. Runs great. Better than new with the #8 plate. I know that they say the engine can go 3 or 4 hundred thousand miles before a rebuild but what is the life expectancy of the injectors, injection pump, and lift pump. Can they go that long? How about the turbo?
