Front susspension/steering

Hello everyone, I have a question. I am new to the TDR, but not to the cummins. I am having a problem with my front end. When I hit a pothole or a very bad road my front end of the truck shimmys really bad. It use to do it once in a while, but it has now gotten worse. What steps should I take, besides replacing the track bar and steering damper??? Thanks. Also, does anyone know where to get some 19.5 wheels for a good price?
