LIft pump hose size?

Tomorrow I'm attempting the fuel supply/return lines. I'm also going to install LarryB's contacts. Should I also replace the soft line at the lift pump? What size is it? Any other soft lines to replace since I'm at it. I'm going to use 3/8" for both supply and return. Thanks.
