Pump timing

I'm going to have the front of the motor apart for the KDP tab, so I figure I'll bump up the timing a little while it's opened up. What would be a good number for my set up (180hp pump,370's, #6 plate 4" exhaust)? From reading the posts here 15 to 16 dergrees seems to be the ticket. What would the lift in millimeters be for my pump? Thanks for any help guys.
