Pulse Manifolds???

Is an "ATS Pulse" manifold the same thing as a "Pulse" manifold? I have an add from A&R Diesel in Fontana, CA. that advertises a "door buster" special of new pulse manifolds, for Cummins, mounting kit included. Price about $160. I am wondering if this is the same Pulse manifold as the ATS. The picture is small but it looks the same and I could afford one at this price.

Anybody know anything on this manifold or shop?
