Grid heater not cycling on and off...

It is not even coming on at all! I know it normally does, and has not been lately. My thermostat is stuck open, and I was wondering if this could be the reason why?? Maybe I accidentally pulled a wire somewhere under the hood... I will look when I have light tomorry.... Any ideas would be appreciated though.
