Trucks making a woofing noise

Not from a stop but 3 different times when I accelerated the truck started making a woofing noise, like coughing and choking, like a knocking,banging, noise and my power starts shuting down. My Rpm's have been around 2,000 and I have not noticed my boost pressure at the time. Any idea's?

Kind'a sounds like a dog trying to clear a bone from it's throat!
