Arkansas Diesel Shops/Timing

For the past couple of years on a casual basis, I've been asking central Arkansas shops if they can set the timing on my 95 to 15degs. The answers range from "no", to "we can pull the pump and send it off"

.

Has anyone found a shop in Central Arkansas that can handle timing changes.

If not, I may have to spring for the puller and mic. adapter and do it myself. Just kinda hate to do this for a one time situation.
