camplate?

I have a#11 camplate in of my 98 and i have a friend with a 95 5spd that wants a good tow plate i see that the #11 in not recommended but will it work i would like to go to a #10.Also whats the deal with tst trading plates is it as simple as just giving them a call,and whats the price differance if any to trade.Thanks Jason
