Wastegate Diaphram

I blew my Diaphram sometime back and am looking for a new one, I am just wodering if one of the vendors here on TDR sell them or Cummins, I am in Utah so I have Cummins Intermountain rather close. I keep getting over boost and want to stop so that I don't blow a headgasket again. Its a stock HX-35 in a 96. It is controllable up at higher altitudes but when I go to visit the folks in California I get really bad over boost 48+ when I get on it. I hate having to let off the fuel because of overboost.
