Need Advice!

I'm ready to do a T.C. and V.B. upgrade. My truck has 97,000 miles on it, should I shell out the big bucks and get the trans rebuilt or could I get another 50 to 75K out of it. I realize getting it rebuilt would be best so I guess my question is how many miles can i expect to get out of an auto.

P.S. The trans is working fine right now.
