Pensoil(sp?) Syncromesh for NV4500??

A while back I remember reading a thread that was talking about the amount of oil used in the NV4500, the types of oil people used in the NV4500, and etc. ......

Well someone posted a picture of a bottle of Pensoil Syncromesh that I just recently saw last week or the week before in Auto Zone

I was wondering if someone could tell me the requirements for oil that is to be used in our NV4500s so I could see if this Pensoil meets it? Because with 163,000 miles I'm sure mine could use it, but I couldn't afford to at the time I replaced my clutch.
