Transfer Case oil

Well about 10,000 miles ago when I did my clutch we noticed that the real seal of my transfer case where the driveshaft slides in was leaking.

Now I want to replace the seal and go ahead and change the fluid in the transfer case for fear of overheating it and burning it up. So what type of oil are we supposed to use in our transfer case?

Yeah I know I'm slow.
