Truck didn't want to start this morning!

Went to start up the beast this morning and I cranked way more than usual. Wouldn't start unless I depress the go pedal.

Once started ran OK and started easier than this morning but still had to crank more than I did before.

Just replaced the overflow valve, I'll bet the Lift pump is going. Had another thread about it and the clicking noise, but now just started to act up.

Whatsya think?
