Installing 60lb. Springs

I'll be installing the 60lb. springs soon. Presently in the process of making sure I have all the information I need before starting. One ? I have is it appears I need to remove the rocker arm for each spring. If so, what is the torque spec when re-installing the arm. If I don't remove the arm, what is the method of removal and re-install of the new spring? Any other precautions? Thanks
