Installing injectors & udjusting timing

I was wondering how hard or easy is it to install 370 injectors in
a 97 12 valve and bump the timing up to 16 or higher do you have to have any fancy tools or just standard wrenches and sockets. I would like to learn I'm a big do it your selfer. And how long would it take.
