ex. valve springs

What are the STOCK ex. valve springs rated on the 97 12v? I ask this because I keep reading that with ex. brakes you should have the 60 lbs ex. springs. I have had my brake for 3 months now use it daily at almost every stop running loaded or empty. And have had no problems at all. So I am wondering if the upgrade in ex. spring are for the 185 p pump trucks or all p pumps? Am I going to have problems with this or not? If so and I need to upgrade, are changing the springs going to require me to pull the head or is there a special trick I dont know about?
