Turbo upgrade?

I was just going threw some posts on upgrading turbos and ran across a place called High tech turbo.....How do any of you feel about buying this........NEW STAGE II UPGRADE COMPRESSOR HOUSING AND WHEEL - 95-98 DODGE/CUMMINS

For HX35W model Holset turbos

This upgrade converts your stock HX35W turbo to a HX35W/HX40W hybrid turbo.
It increases the air flow capacity of your stock turbo to match the increased fuel flow of performance fuel injectors and performance chips.
This housing and wheel mounts to your stock 1995-1998 12 valve turbos. Your stock compressor wheel measures 54-56mm. This wheel measures 60mm. This modification works best in combination with one of our larger turbine housing upgrades.

Im impressed with the price thats what is holding me up on a PDR turbo......figure do it yourself cant be that hard.......any input?
