Unhappy Chattering clutch

I have to admit i am not the easiest person on a clutch and combine that with the fact that my wife is a little worse than I am I now have a Problem i'm sure you guys can help me out with.

I have a clutch from south bend installed and it has always done a good job for me towing a 33ft 5th wheel trailer.

My truck is a 95 2500 ext cab with the 5 spd. For the past several months I have noticed that when backing up with or with out the trailer the truck bucks like a wild horse... this is worse when trying to back slowly with the trailer attached. I mean the truck really bucks.

If i get off the clutch pedal completely it is okay but then I'm going back faster than I want or need to.

I'm sure i or we screwed up something and perhaps you guys can tell me what ius wrong and what I need to do to correct the problem ( besides being easier on the clutch) The clutch does not slip even going up the steepest mountain, and takes off in 1st with just a tiny jerk NO not Me ....................

Thanks for any and all answers
