Valve and Timing Adjustment

Hi all,

I was just wondering if anyone knows of the best way to adjust the timing? Do you have to use a timing light? If not what is the procedure? And if your timing is out of adjustment, how much does it affect the running of the eng? Also I think it is about tim e to adjust my valves, does anyone have any imput on this procedure that makes it easier? Thanks in advance for any help..

96 CTD, 2500, Rebuilt and Boosted Auto Tranny, all Stock at present, have got to do the KDP, then Gauges, then the BOMING will Start.....
