Where did the boost go???

Since putting a 3K GSK in my pump my max boost has dropped to 32 psi from 40 psi. I have a Turbomaster replacing my boost elbow and have it cranked all the way down. All of my connections and my intercooler are in good shape. Anybody have any ideas?
