12V upgrades??

New to dodge and diesels in general.

Looking for a 24v or 12v. I like the 12v becuase of no computers. What are the most common upgrades on a 12v engine..? i want about 400hp and 600lbs of torque when im done and something that is a realiable daily driver...is that possible?
