slow start

I don't know if it's my truck or me being paranoid, but recently it seems that it's taking longer for my truck to start up once I turn the key over. Is this a symptom to one of the common problems that I should be looking for? Any suggestions would be appreciated. I don't want what may be a small problem to turn into a larger one.
