Removing Engine Mounted Tranny Cooler
I'm converting to an NV4500 and since the engine is going into a military truck, I'm removing the original engine mounts which held one end of the tranny cooler.
Question: on the manual transmission engines is the coolant output just above the w/pump plugged and is the return a single 90* adapter?
I'd like to do the job properly: one suggestion was to weld shut the 2nd 90* drain (next to the heater core return).
Please let me know any part numbers for (I'm assuming) a single 90* coolant return adapter and plug for the output - TIA.
