A few questions.
Hi,
I'm in the middle of a KDP repair job on a 97 for a guy and I was wondering if I could use my 98's serial number on Cummins Quickserve. Will all the parts be the same? It'll need the front gearcase,front seal, etc... And does the 97's inj pump have washers under the delivery valves?
Also, for those of you who have had damage from a KDP, and had a lot of oil slung everywhere, have you had any alternator problems? Seems like the two I have run across have both had dead alternators, coincidence or is the oil killing them?? Can't be good for it I guess.
