I just bought a 98 12V the other day.
The engine temperature "seems" to take forever to get going (even with temps here in Ohio in the 20s).
The heater finally starts putting out some good heat after about 10 minutes or so.
The Coolant Temp Guage stays around 165F after sustained Highway driving. The seems VERY low IMHO. I'm guessing it "may" be in need of a new
Thermostat.
Ideas ???
