Too much smoke when cold and Stutter when returning to idle

I just put a #10 plate in along with the 3k gsk. My truck now has quite a bit of smoke when cold (unburned fuel) It didn't smoke much before. It also tends to have a stutter when the truck is returning to idle. This happens around 1000rpm or so. The idle may not be quite as smooth as before. I have the timing set to 15.5. The truck runs strong ~35psi of boost. I am quite pleased with the power and throttle response but not the smoke and blip in the idle. The truck @ 65mph is ~600 degrees on the pyro and 5psi of boost. I hope someone can shed some light on the situation. Also I have to crank my truck over longer to get it to start.
