options for changing gearing?

My truck has 4.10s which is great for torque but bad for fuel economy.
What are some ways that I can lower the gearing a bit? I could run 315 tires and that would get me close. Could also swap out ring and pinions, but thats 600 in parts alone. Gear spiltters look to be about 1500+. Any other options out there?
Anyone selling 17" rims? Factory steels are ok. =)
