ATS vs Goerend Bros Tranny
Dilema: Want to upgrade my auto transmission due to hauling a 12k 5th wheel. Goerend Brothers has a HD tranny for around 3k plus installed. I have a shop here in Springfield Oregon called Dunks that carries the ATS transmission for 5k installed. Dont know much about either but both are suppose to be good. GB is in Iowa and I am in Oregon. Around a 4k mile trip. Even with the mileage it would be cheaper to go to Iowa but dont understand the price difference. Anyone have any feedback on either of these trannys.
