intercooler repairs?
95 12 valve, I pressurized my intercooler today, been making more black smoke than usual. Turns out there is a hole in the bottom inside corner, shows up right away when I coat it with soapy water.Question is can these things be repaired??? The guy at the local rad shop says if the core is aluminun I'm out of luck. a new intercooler runs around $1000.00
