New truck mystery #1 - 4013 injectors?

I now have a '98 12V auto.

I opened up the Injection Pump and found a #11 torque/cam plate. So, I went to the TST website and they don't recommend a #11 plate for a '98 auto. Probably because the injectors are smaller than the injectors on the '98 manual which the #11 kit is recommended for. So, I look on the other side of the engine and the injectors are unpainted. I guess that means they were changed out. But to what? The only identification I can find is the number 4013 stamped into each injector on the side facing the valve covers.

Anybody have any idea what injectors I have or any spec's on them?

Thanks,
- Dave
