No One Really Knows....
I see the front (Home Page) add states the power and torque is much different than the specs given for the 2007 trucks in the Diesel progress magazine. 
The article in the mag; 350 HP w/650 lbs ft
For the record, the school buses are 220 hp. I have never seen any bus applications over 230HP
