[Advantage Take]

I noticed that the turbo in the truck has gotten noticably louder and when I checked, no air filter. I drove close to 70 miles with no air filter! I'm a dumb*****, I know. Luckily, I had one in the cab and had just forgotten to put it on. Well I took off the all of the intake plubming and inspected it. Luckily no debris or animals, but it was dirty. Will the dirt affect anything? I was thinking the intercooler, the turbo and the oil.

p.s. anyone know the best way to clean a turbo and an intercooler?
