Question Frontend Parts Replacement

I'm getting ready to replace everything under the front end, (tie rod, track bar, steering stabilizer, control arms,). I'm considering Thuren and Solid Steel.
My question is, is this the best way to go for durability and longevity?
Also my 97 3500 4x4 has dual stabilizer shocks, did only the 3500's come with two?
