Here is my 2004.5 Dodge 2500 4X4 with a mechanical lift pump. I finally have it setup the way I want it, so I figured I would share. Works great. By the way I had some help from Shane at Roverhybrids, he has quite a bit of experience with these trucks.

Truck uses harbor freight polyethylene sprayer tank w/hotfox. HIH up to hi flow 3 port valve, then into pump, hi flow 3 port valve, then 2 Micron filter (with Dana filter wrap not pictured), then into 26 plate heat exchanger, then into CP3 injection pump. Return is HOH, looped on vegetable oil side. Pump runs both the diesel side and svo side. I can monitor everything from fuel PSI to Fuel temp, EGT's etc with the Quadzilla commander monitor on the pillar. Check out the pics.
