Any numbers to call besides 800-992-1997?
Does anyone have a better support phone number than this or a way to get to someone in Detroit/USA that can really help with some swift resolution on warranty issues?
I'm looking for someone who may have found success talking to someone who has a little higher sense of urgency and a little bit less run around than what this number seems to give. I'm a mechanical engineer that worked 15 years as a diesel tech on 5 continents in my prior life and the last thing I need to hear is that my local service department is the expert when they don't know the difference between a clean diesel exhaust and one that has a broken DPF filter - regardless if I agree or disagree with the EPA. Yes - Sam Memmolo is right, the witch is in Washington, but Chrysler said these trucks were ready for market too.
