auto to manual conversion kit. I'm not sure how much this would take, but if you get the hydraulics and clutch equipment from a reputable shop, a programmer that could set the ECM to look like the manual program, and a parts vendor that could get good rebuilds or new transmissions/tcase parts/etc. you should be able to have a total kit. Maybe to make it more affordable you could have the customer source their own transmission???

Feel free to chime in, but I think there are people that would want to go both ways (auto to manual and manual to auto).
